Job Summary
The Process Analytics Manager will spearhead the analysis and enhancement of business processes within PIH's SAP environment. With a strong focus on value realization, the role is central to identifying and implementing strategies that maximize efficiency, drive cost savings, and support the organization's strategic goals. By leveraging advanced tools such as Signavio, SAP Value Engineering metrics, and SAP Pathfinder reports, the role will provide actionable insights that promote operational excellence and contribute to the organization's success.
Job Responsibilities 1
Implement and Utilize Signavio, SAP Value Engineering metrics, and SAP Pathfinder reports to analyze and evaluate business processes within the SAP system.
Collaborate with the Value Realization Officer to align process improvement initiatives with the organization's value goals.
Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for process optimization, presenting findings to stakeholders and senior management.
Design future-state processes that leverage SAP functionality to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
Develop, track, and report on key process performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring they align with value realization objectives.
Lead the execution of process transformation projects, ensuring successful change management and minimal business disruption.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of optimized processes and new SAP functionalities.
Provide expertise in SAP-related process improvements, ensuring consistency with best practices and industry standards.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's business processes and how they integrate with SAP systems.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Demonstrated experience using process analytics tools like Signavio, SAP Value Engineering metrics, and SAP Pathfinder.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and the latest SAP technologies.
Experience with additional analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
Professional certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Ability to create clear and informative visualizations using tools like Tableau, or Power BI to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Awareness of ethical concerns related to data privacy, security, bias, and fairness in data analysis and model development.
Understanding of business processes related to Construction and Contracting, Food and Beverage, Real Estate and Healthcare industries (any one or two of these)
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Minimum 10 year(s) working experience, 8 year(s) in a relevant supervisory position, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
