Process Forman shall be able to provide technical assistant to operational staff to carry out operation of liquid hazardous waste treatment facility, oily waste treatment facility, Class-I Landfill, Class-II Landfill, stabilization & solidification units, process water ponds, land farming, heavy equipment and utilities.
Oversee the daily operations of hazardous waste treatment processes, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient waste treatment procedures that minimize environmental impact.
Conduct regular inspections of treatment facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure operational efficiency.
Lead and train a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance on safety protocols and best practices in hazardous waste handling.
Monitor waste treatment metrics and prepare reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and operational excellence.
Respond to emergencies and incidents involving hazardous materials, implementing containment and mitigation strategies as necessary.
Ensure proper documentation of waste treatment activities, maintaining accurate records for regulatory compliance and audits.
Collaborate with regulatory agencies to stay updated on changes in hazardous waste regulations and ensure compliance.
Facilitate safety drills and training sessions to enhance team preparedness for handling hazardous materials.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the treatment process, leveraging data analytics to optimize operations.
