The Superintendent – Process shall be able to lead a team of operational staff to carry out operation of liquid hazardous waste treatment facility, oily waste treatment facility, Class-I Landfill, Class-II Landfill, stabilization & solidification units, process water ponds, land farming, heavy equipment and utilities.
Oversee daily operations of hazardous waste treatment processes, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hazardous waste handling, storage, treatment, and disposal to minimize risks.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of waste management facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize waste processing efficiency and reduce operational costs while maintaining safety.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to hazardous waste management activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Train and mentor staff on best practices in hazardous waste management, fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
Engage with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits, representing the organization and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies in hazardous waste management to drive continuous improvement.
Manage budgeting and resource allocation for waste management projects, ensuring efficient use of financial and human capital.
