We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and manage procurement activities in the construction and civil engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. This role involves ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery of construction materials and services. Ensure alignment with project requirements and organizational goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve the best value and ensure reliable supply chains.
• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and agreements. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12 to 16 years of experience in procurement management within the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing procurement activities.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry practices.
