Responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with procurement, including purchase order creation and supplier evaluation, and for contract negotiation and utilizing analytical skills to support procurement decisions.

• Searching for new suppliers and contacting suppliers for raw and packaging material purchase.
• Preparing purchasing forecast according to inventory level.
• Applying for import and shipment permits on MOH portal.
• Following up with suppliers for vendor qualification documents and maintaining updated documents.
• Maintaining updated list of material and manufacturers on quality management system.
• Uploading vendor qualification documents on quality management system.
• Issuing of purchase orders and checking purchase requests on SAP.
• Following up on purchases until it is received and arranging for shipment if required.
• Contacting clearing agent and providing documents for shipment clearance.
• Following up with suppliers if there is an issue with material received.
• Reviewing material documents and fulfilling all quality and regulatory documents required.
• Following up with departments to qualify new manufacturer and communicating with suppliers to resolve any feedback from the quality department.
• Preparing reports for material status, price and quality comparison and supplier's service.
