Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for a Bitumen Factory with a minimum of 10 years of experience in bitumen manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and implementing safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire production process of the bitumen factory.

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet operational targets.

• Ensure smooth operation of plant machinery, equipment, and production lines.

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

• Implement and enforce HSE policies and safety regulations within the plant.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, procurement, and logistics teams.

• Optimize production efficiency, reduce downtime, and control operational costs.

• Prepare production reports, schedules, and performance analysis.

• Manage workforce allocation, supervision, and staff performance.

• Ensure proper inventory management of raw materials and finished products.
