Position Summary: A Project Coordinator supports several leadership positions at the GUC to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
The Administrative Associate performs a variety of moderately complex administrative duties including:

1. Ensuring effective, timely, and accurate operations by providing administrative support.
2. Assisting with daily office tasks and general administrative activities.
3. Coordinating and executing major special projects independently or in collaboration with other groups as directed by supervisors.
4. Providing support to supervisors to ensure that all resources necessary for effective decision making are available.
5. Drafting and distributing emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
6. Scheduling appointments and meetings and assisting with material preparation.
7. Preparing and compiling meeting minutes.
8. Compile and enter statistical reports and charts.
9. Prepare spreadsheets and presentations.
10. Undertake research tasks as required.
11. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
12. Update and ensure accuracy of organization's databases.
13. Assist with ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Education: University degree.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of professional experience.

Administrative Skills: Effectively organize and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines while ensuring high accuracy.
