Job description
- Implement all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- supervise project from requirement definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
- coordinate with construction manager, architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists in the project and oversees their work.
- Coordinate construction workers and subcontractors
- Assist in selecting tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Trace and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
- Ensures that all local, state, and building codes and regulations and safety precautions in UAE are followed.
- Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
