Play a key supporting role to the Project Manager to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day execution of major projects or to act as project in-charge for minor projects.
Coordinate and oversee onshore engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, civil engineers, and contractors, to align design and construction efforts.
Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project scope and identify potential challenges.
Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Manage procurement processes, including the selection of vendors and materials, to optimize cost and quality.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including project plans, specifications, and reports, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Implement safety management practices, ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Support project financial management by monitoring budgets, forecasting expenses, and preparing financial reports.
Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
