Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise team of Project Engineers / Leads
• Coordinates with Project Managers /Leads to Monitor & Ensure projects are completed in schedule within the Budgeted Manhours /Materials
• Coordinate with Project Managers /Operation manager to have resources (Manpower /Equipment) forecast and ensure resources are distributed / utilized effectively within the Project.
• Meeting with clients, stakeholders for feedback and required project assignment.
• Manage risk to avoid delays.
Skill Sets

• Construction Techniques
• Effective Communication
• Masters or Bachelor Degree of Engineering
• 15 Years of Experience in Petrochemical /Refinery Construction Projects
• Minimum 5 years exp as Project /Projects manager
• Minimum 5 Years Exp in any Middle East Country
