Project Planning & Execution – Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution of landscaping, hardscaping, and irrigation works while meeting quality and safety standards.

Contract & Budget Management – Oversee project budgets, control costs, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with contract terms and client requirements.

Site Supervision & Quality Control – Monitor site activities, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, Estidama standards, and safety protocols.

Authority & Client Coordination – Liaise with DMT, ADM, ADDC, and other authorities for permits, approvals, and compliance while maintaining strong communication with clients and consultants.

Procurement & Resource Management – Coordinate material procurement, ensure timely delivery, and optimize workforce and equipment usage for efficient project execution.

Risk Management & Problem-Solving – Identify project risks, resolve site challenges, and implement proactive solutions to ensure smooth project completion within scope, time, and budget.
