Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for security, ICT, and audio visual systems projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that project objectives are met.
- Oversee the installation and configuration of security, ICT, and audio visual systems.
- Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
- Monitor project performance and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that systems are functioning properly.
- Provide training and support to end users of security, ICT, and audio visual systems.
