Responsibilities is ensuring the successful timely delivery of projects, that all aspects of the deliveries of projects are being progressed in an organized and integrated manner and that all parties concerned are communicating and cooperating.


  • Reports to: Managing Director or Project Director or Senior Project Manager
  • Line Manager: Project Director or Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Ensures all project team members are properly briefed on the project scope, objectives and basis of design;
  • Provides the principal point of contact with clients for the delivery of project services;
  • Responsible for coordination with the client and/or his duly appointed representative;
  • Attends meetings with the client and technical meetings chaired by the client’s project management team;
  • Setting up the project administration and finance processes in accordance with company management system and the specific requirements of projects;
  • Ensures that delivery of services is in accordance with project agreement/ contract and achieve the financial objectives set at the commencement of the project;
  • Attends project coordination meetings as required;
  • Prepares project execution plan and project quality plan and monitor delivery of project services, as required;
  • Prepares and revises project team organization structure as required;
  • Appointments and briefing of all required subconsultants for projects, as required;
  • Executes day-to-day management of projects;
  • Prepares project progress reports;
  • Prepare and revise projects schedules;
  • Monitors resource and generates resource planning data;
  • Prepares design changes and change management with clients, as required;
  • Updates project risk registers and reviews them with the Managing Director or Project Director or Senior Project Manager, as required;
  • Other duties and tasks as may be required, assigned and/or instructed by the Managing Director, Project Director and/or Senior Project Manager.
