Coordinates Procurement activities within the Projects and ensures that Procurement operations satisfy project requirements and conform to established business unit, procurement and corporate policies, instructions, procedures and guidelines
Coordinate and oversee procurement activities to ensure timely and efficient sourcing of materials and services.
Ensure that all procurement processes align with company policies, procedures, and project-specific requirements.
Assist in the preparation of procurement plans, RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders (POs) in accordance with project schedules.
Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.
Monitor and track procurement progress, identifying risks and potential delays, and implementing corrective actions.
Facilitate supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract finalization in collaboration with procurement and legal teams.
Maintain accurate procurement documentation, records, and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
Ensure alignment between procurement, engineering, logistics, and project execution teams.
Support the expediting process by coordinating with vendors and tracking material readiness.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards related to procurement activities.
Provide regular procurement status updates to project management and senior stakeholders.
