Job Summary: The Property Utilities Administrator is responsible for managing utility accounts, ensuring timely updates and payments, and addressing any issues related to utility services for the property. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to liaise with utility providers and property management to ensure efficient operation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all utility accounts (electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.) for the property.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of utility bills, payments, and usage statistics.
- Register, connect, and disconnect utility services as needed.
- Coordinate with AC providers, DEWA, internet service providers, and other utility services.
- Process utility invoices and ensure timely payments to avoid service interruptions.
- Prepare and monitor the budget for utility expenses.
- Address and resolve any utility-related issues or outages in coordination with service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential utility issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for utility providers and property management regarding utility services.
- Liaise with tenants and property staff to communicate updates and address concerns.
- Generate regular reports on utility usage, expenses, and savings opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to utilities.
