Job Description Proposal Manager Role Summary As a Proposal Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing every step of our company's proposal process. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work with the proposal management team to add project capture plan, benefits, solutions and evidence into the proposal, and deliver timely proposals that are compliant , clear and convincing. Ensure initiatives are accurately tracked via the CRM system. Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the AtkinsR alis proposal development process and brand tools and initiatives. Plan, program, budget, structure, design the text of proposals, manage the production of proposals. Identify appropriate authors, section and volume leads, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other support staff to successfully develop a proposal. Develop graphic content (organization charts, infographics, photographs) with the project team and graphic design specialists. Coordinate communication between the team developing the content of the proposal. Provide impactful and compelling writing on sections of the proposal and customize projects. Conduct research and interview staff to help write/translate complex concepts into a narrative understandable by non-technical readers. Desired skills and experience Possess a degree in a relevant field (for example, a bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, English, journalism, or other) and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination, project management, proposals, for the infrastructure, engineering services or construction sectors. Demonstrated experience leading the bid/proposal process from the capture phase through project appointment. Good communication skills in English and French (minimum DELF B2 level), oral and written, are required. Enthusiastic and highly organized, methodical and flexible. Possesses excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Possess advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics CRM and Adobe Acrobat InDesign. Experience leading and facilitating workshops to develop winning strategies.
