This role encompasses the responsibility for the management of the estimating process in the preparation of accurate base cost estimates and the direct responsibility for the compilation, and submission, of concise and high quality proposal documents for company tenders for refurbishment, repair and new-build projects. The role is a key role within the Proposals Group, recognising the importance of producing compliant, professional and well-timed proposal documents for all company tenders.
EPCI experience must.
- Conduct thorough technical analysis of customer specifications to ensure proposal compliance and feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate data and insights for proposal development.
- Develop detailed cost estimates by analyzing project requirements and market conditions.
- Prepare compelling and tailored proposals that clearly communicate value propositions to clients.
- Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure timely submission of proposals while adhering to quality standards.
- Engage with clients to clarify requirements and expectations, fostering strong relationships throughout the proposal process.
- Utilize advanced software and tools for proposal generation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
