- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of materials, processes, and finished products, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to provide actionable feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in quality processes.
- Utilize statistical analysis and quality control tools to assess project performance and identify trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and quality assurance processes to provide clear traceability and accountability.
- Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures and best practices, fostering a culture of quality awareness and responsibility.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during site inspections and project reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable standards.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence and enhance overall quality performance.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that quality objectives are met without compromising schedule or budget constraints.
