1. Analyze the BOQ & Drawings of the project.2. Prepare the Material Log & Procurement Log3. Prepare all the packages based on the Log to be ready for Enquiring.4. Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable supplier who are able to deliver high quality material at competitive pricing5. Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, Payment terms, quality and contracts for maximum benefit for the company.6. Preparing Comparison between sub-contractors and suppliers with price and comparing the specifications.7. Cost Controlling by Finding Alternatives for the materials that give the same of the original but with less expenses.8. Handling all the engineering works as per the specifications, drawings & BOQ.9. Handling Technical works such as: arranging the PQ & material submittals from the subcontractor and edit it as per the consultant requirements and provide advice10. Handling Barjeel and Green building projects as per their requirement.11. Help estimation department to Preparing Budget for all BOQ Items.12. Coordinating with project engineers.13. Coordinating with Subcontractors and Consultants for technical works.14. Checking plans, Drawings and Quantities for Accuracy of Calculation.15. Ensuring that all materials used and work as per specification.16. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may occur.17. Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stock availability in central stores and sub stores.18. Ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program19. Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.20. Maintain company reputation & credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment21. Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.22. Handled the tasks of conducting market research of vendors and compare material quotations23. Work effectively with team and co-operate team members with full support24. Ensuring the Duration of project as per the planning Schedule for each Scope

· Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and regulatory authorities.· Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained on time.· Keep abreast of changes in regulations and communicate their implications to the project team.· Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and industry bodies.· Facilitate effective communication between the project team and external parties.· Organize and participate in meetings, presentations, and public consultations with authorities.· Ensure that the project complies with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.· Collaborate with the project team to integrate regulatory requirements into project plans and activities.· Maintain a risk register and report on risk management activities.· Maintain accurate records of all interactions with regulatory authorities.· Prepare and submit required documentation and reports to regulatory bodies.
