- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety & Environment Management System (HSE MS) to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Lead internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to QHSE policies, manual & procedures, and drive corrective actions for any non-conformities identified.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSE MS) strategies.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees on QHSE practices, promoting a culture of safety and quality within the organization.
- Analyze QHSE performance data to identify trends, report findings, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate QHSE considerations into project planning and execution, minimizing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all QHSE documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders for compliance and reference purposes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.
- Promote sustainable practices within the organization by identifying opportunities for reducing waste and improving resource efficiency.
- Participate in incident investigations, documenting findings, and developing action plans to prevent recurrence and enhance safety protocols.
