- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop preventive measures.
- Provide training and education to employees on QHSE topics to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
- Maintain and update QHSE records, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with external agencies, such as regulatory bodies and auditors, to facilitate inspections and audits.
- Monitor and evaluate QHSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead emergency response and crisis management efforts to minimize risks and ensure employee safety.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QHSE considerations into business processes and decision-making.
