Investigating the invitation to tender ITT and Understand client’s requirement.
Examining tender documents, the scope of work, Drawings, specifications and BOQ.
Quantity take-off from drawing and detailed measurement preparation.
Prepare the bill of quantities if not available OR verifying the available QTYs.
Send any clarification to the client in case details are missing or not available.
Assist in arranging quotation from suppliers / subcontractors for all items in the scope of work, drawings and BOQ.
Negotiate suppliers / subcontractor and get their final prices required in tendering and later in job in hand.
Dealing with all commercial and estimating activities associated with the Client’s tender requirements and all associated subcontract and supplier requirements.
Evaluate all quotation received and determine the best competitive pricing.
prepare the tender / proposal and qualifications .
Work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Assist in handing over to project team once the tender is job in hand.
