QS ENGINEER

We are seeking experience and skilled QS Engineer specialized in construction industry. Candidate should have at least 3-5 years experience in UAE.

Salary: 4000 AED - 5000 AED

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analysis of construction plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop accurate project specifications.
• Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring adherence to budget.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project stakeholders.
• Analyze and evaluate project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations affecting construction costs.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team.
