Highly skilled and with 5-6 years of experience Production Planning-Façade industry in GCC.

Responsibility of Role : Co ordination, planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment and completing project within agreed timeline and cost.

2. SAFETY MANAGER

Experienced and technically qualified SAFETY MANAGER to ensure Health and Safety (HSE) requirements are implemented and adhered to. For a High rise building in Dubai.

Job Overview:
• Formulation company’s Safety manual and Procedures and implementation of the same monitoring the effectiveness of the company’s HSE policy.
• Reviewing contractors Safety Plan and procedures.
• Formulating programs for the development of HSE practices on site. Giving advice and support on matters concerning HSE.
• Plan, direct and supervise HSE functions and activities, advising officers and staff in his division of applicable HSE legislations.
• Coordinate with the management, ensuring HSE requirements are understood at all levels.
• Conducting and coordination HSE management/coordination meeting. Represent HSE department at all management meetings either internally or externally.
• Promoting “Best Practice” through benchmarking and communicate the result to management for assessment and possible implementation.
• Conduct incident investigation, study the “root causes” and promote safety awareness and accident prevention measures to secure a safe working environment.
• Reviewing method statement and its corresponding risk assessment.
• Conducting audit on subcontractors Safety management system.
• Monitor subcontractor’s performance and has the authority to stop any unsafe work or practices. Informing immediately the higher management regarding any serious incident.
• Conducting training programs to improve the site safety performance.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience
• Specialization in High Rise building construction
• Must have a NEBOSH qualification.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.

• DDA approved preferred
