- Train staff on quality standards, emphasizing the importance of hygiene and safety practices in both food handling and customer service.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring corrective actions are taken swiftly.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that all ingredients and products meet the quality standards set by the organization.
- Monitor inventory levels and storage conditions to prevent spoilage, waste, and contamination, maintaining efficient operational flow.
