Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQ for civil works in oil & gas projects.

Review civil engineering drawings, structural layouts, and specifications to ensure accurate quantity measurement and costing.

Monitor project progress, variations, earthworks/material reconciliation, and subcontractor billing.

Coordinate with construction, procurement, and planning teams for cost control, budgeting, and project reporting.

Evaluate RFQs, quotations, and technical/commercial bids related to civil construction activities.

Ensure compliance with client standards, project specifications, QA/QC, and HSE requirements for civil works.
