- Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify new product opportunities.
- Develop and reformulate frozen food products (e.g., ready-to-eat meals, snacks, vegetables, meat products) ensuring taste, texture, and quality.
- Plan & execute innovative product applications and assist his senior in day-to-day operations
- Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging for new and existing products.
- Ensure products comply with local food safety regulations, labelling laws, and internal quality standards.
- ·Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in accordance with HACCP and kitchen protocols.
- Record kitchen activities such as temperature logs, inventory levels, and prep sheets
- Document R&D activities, including recipes, procedures, trial results, and specifications.
- Assist in cost optimization initiatives without compromising product quality.
- Support cross-functional teams including marketing for product launches, packaging design, and product presentations.
