  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify new product opportunities.
  • Develop and reformulate frozen food products (e.g., ready-to-eat meals, snacks, vegetables, meat products) ensuring taste, texture, and quality.
  • Plan & execute innovative product applications and assist his senior in day-to-day operations
  • Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging for new and existing products.
  • Ensure products comply with local food safety regulations, labelling laws, and internal quality standards.
  • ·Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in accordance with HACCP and kitchen protocols.
  • Record kitchen activities such as temperature logs, inventory levels, and prep sheets
  • Document R&D activities, including recipes, procedures, trial results, and specifications.
  • Assist in cost optimization initiatives without compromising product quality.
  • Support cross-functional teams including marketing for product launches, packaging design, and product presentations.
