Job Title: R&D Concept Executive Location: Qatar Industry: Food & Beverage / Pastry Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented R&D Concept Executive to support product innovation and development within our pastry and food operations. The role focuses on developing new product concepts, improving existing recipes, and aligning innovations with market trends and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and propose new food and pastry product concepts • Conduct recipe trials, testing, and standardization • Improve existing products for quality, taste, shelf life, and cost efficiency • Research market trends, ingredients, and customer preferences • Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and marketing teams • Prepare product documentation, specifications, and SOPs • Support product launches and pilot production runs • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards Candidate Requirements: • Locally available in Qatar • Only Arabian-Male • Valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory • Food Handling Certificate preferred • Sponsorship transfer under company Experience & Qualifications: • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in R&D, product development, or similar role in Food / Pastry industry • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or related field • Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulations, and food safety standards • Creative mindset with attention to detail Employment Type: Full Time Application Process: Interested candidates meeting the above criteria may apply with their updated CV. � Interested candidates: Send CV via WhatsApp � +974 3397 4426
