Job Role:

• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients.
• Maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.
• Complete knowledge of off plan & secondary properties.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking & social media.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and upcoming real estate properties launches.
• Providing information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability to clients.
• Initiate sales by doing cold calls, e-mails, online postings, and face-to-face meetings.
• Negotiate deals and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and maintain ethical business practices.
