Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate positions, including sales agents, leasing consultants, property consultants, admin, marketing, and operations roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare job postings and advertise vacancies on relevant platforms.
Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.
Coordinate onboarding documents and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to management.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and recruitment partners.
Ensure recruitment processes are completed within agreed timelines.
