We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the vibrant real estate market of Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive sales growth
- Manage and oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to the senior management
Salary:
AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Must have worked in top 10 Brokerage Companies. Good salary package according to the experience.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE real estate market
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of leading and motivating a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. A real estate license is a plus. Must have worked in top 10 Brokerage Companies. Good Salary Package according to the experience.
