Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact by answering phone calls and managing emails with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Help keep everyone on track by scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Stay organized by maintaining both physical and digital filing systems.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations to support the team.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked by ordering supplies and keeping things neat and tidy.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and manage expenses to help keep things running smoothly.
- Offer support to senior staff and take meeting minutes when needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Comfortable using MS Office and other office software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications are a plus.
