Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact by answering phone calls and managing emails with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Help keep everyone on track by scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Stay organized by maintaining both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations to support the team.
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked by ordering supplies and keeping things neat and tidy.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and manage expenses to help keep things running smoothly.
  • Offer support to senior staff and take meeting minutes when needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and other office software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications are a plus.
