Working Hours:• Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday may require work based on event schedules, compensated with replacement days.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist/Hub Coordinator to join our vibrant startup and innovation hub at the University. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, faculty, and partners, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
*Serve as the main point of contact at the hub, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to email inquiries.• Coordinate logistics and support event organization, including setup, scheduling, and communication with participants.
*Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send out invitations for events and activities.• Maintain records and documentation using Excel and other tools as needed.
*Ensure the hub operates efficiently by coordinating day-to-day tasks, addressing facility needs, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
*Take pictures and provide event coverage during hosted events at the hub and university.
*Support the promotion of hub programs and initiatives by engaging with students and partners.
*Handle administrative tasks such as drafting emails, creating reports, and monitoring supplies.
Required Qualifications:
*Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills.
*Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and managing calendar invites.
*Positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm for a university/startup environment.
*Open to learning new tools and processes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
*Experience in coordination and logistics is a plus.

*Ability to execute tasks quickly and efficiently.
*Comfortable handling phone calls and addressing inquiries professionally.
*Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, faculty, and external partners.
