Roles & Responsibilities
• Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others.
• Screening candidates resumes and job applications prior to submission to clients.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates, within the schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
• Coordinating interviews.
• Providing recruitment reports.
