1. Sales planning and execution: Driving Company regional objectives in sales, helping team achieve their objectives, and formulating the channel plan accordingly. Devise the strategy to increase the Company business.
2. Customer Relations management: - Engaging with key customers on periodic basis, understanding needs and giving solutions, dealing with the issues and addressing them through engagement with relevant stake holders.
3. Identifying opportunities in terms of new line of business, customer, geography etc. to increase market share revenue.
4. Strategize, define and implement regional sales plans in alignment with company Objective for short and long term goals.
5. Maintaining a right mix of product/solution/people such that so as to maximize revenue/margin etc.
6. Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.
7. Working with different stakeholders (Finance, Credit, Compliance, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless flow of transactions in process and reengineering processes along with stakeholders such that interest of all parties is upheld.
8. Team management: - Ensuring that the team gets the desired support, Investing in their growth and supporting them to overcome Individual and Business Challenges, being a mentor and a coach to attain organizational goals, succession and contingency planning for people and product.
9. Creating the culture of performance where every individual wants to perform. Minimizing attrition improving engagement of team through various interventions.
10. Studying the operational challenges, suggesting the changes in processes to align it with the geographies handled.
