You will serve as the face of our development project, acting as a liaison between the company and potential buyers, investors and other stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in showcasing our project to the world and driving its success in the competitive Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective clients / brokers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Acquire and update inventory information for investor projects, and inform the developer relationship coordinators to update it in our system.
• Showcase off-plan project properties effectively through presentations and virtual platforms.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, property values and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sale agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance to support sales efforts.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, market conditions and competitor activities.
• Operate within company’s CRM system.
Requirements:
• 2-4 Year of experience working for real estate development company in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluency in English required.
• Fluency in one of the languages preferred: Arabic, Chinese, Russian, French, German.
• A passion for Real Estate and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals.
• Must have a UAE Driving License

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
Commission: 0.5%
