You will serve as the face of our development project, acting as a liaison between the company and potential buyers, investors and other stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in showcasing our project to the world and driving its success in the competitive Dubai real estate market. Key Responsibilities:• Engage with prospective clients / brokers to understand their needs and preferences.• Acquire and update inventory information for investor projects, and inform the developer relationship coordinators to update it in our system.• Showcase off-plan project properties effectively through presentations and virtual platforms.• Provide expert advice on market trends, property values and investment opportunities.• Negotiate terms and conditions of sale agreements.• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance to support sales efforts.• Stay informed about industry regulations, market conditions and competitor activities.• Operate within company’s CRM system. Requirements:• 2-4 Year of experience working for real estate development company in the UAE.• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.• Fluency in English required.• Fluency in one of the languages preferred: Arabic, Chinese, Russian, French, German.• A passion for Real Estate and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals.• Must have a UAE Driving License Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED10,000.00 per monthCommission: 0.5%
