Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for daily HR operations (employee relationships/ client relationships/handling employee related documents / employee engagement activities)
· Manage contract expiry, Labor & visa renewals & handle exit formalities
· Ensure all the data is timely updated on system & Employee files are well managed & updated
· To ensure all queries are handled amicably and resolved on timely basis.
· To maintain a good rapport & to be a proactive point of contact with employees & clients
· Ensure the daily tasks are well managed & work deliverables are meeting the given TATs.
· Liaising with other departments to manage the renewals/exit activities.
· Educating the employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
· Must ensure adherence to data integrity & confidentiality.
