Plan, manage, and deliver R&D projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Drive growth in third-party private label business through customized product development aligned with client requirements and market demand.
Develop and optimize a diverse NPD portfolio.
Reformulate existing products to comply with regulatory and ingredient requirements, implementing clean-label solutions while ensuring product stability, quality, and uninterrupted production.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure seamless product development and scale-up.
