Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory and Labeling:
o Write down all serving sizes of menu items, measured in grams and milliliters
o Label all CCTV cameras and racks
o Create and maintain a store inventory for all three stores
2. Daily Administrative Tasks:
o Scan daily invoices and upload them to Telegram
o Maintain daily Excel files for all staff
o Update Baladiya Card and Iqama renewal records
3. Staff Management:
o Assist with onboarding procedures, including bank account setup, Baladiya Card, medical, and biometric processes
o Report staff tardiness and manage duty schedules
o Maintain staff contracts on QIWA and organize all staff files, including CDR and QIWA contracts
4. Facility & Equipment Management:
o Conduct daily visits to the central kitchen
o Oversee CCTV maintenance
o Maintain the supplier list and monitor the maintenance logbook for vehicles, equipment, and ACs
o Supervise VAN maintenance and repairs
o Keep an inventory of all equipment spare parts and maintain an updated equipment list
5. Store and Warehouse Supervision:
o Organize storerooms and warehouses
o Supervise weekend floor management and gather customer feedback6. POS & Financial Management:
o Supervise POS systems, networking, and data cabinet maintenance
o Monitor plastics purchase and usage control
o Verify control usage reports for mutton, chicken, fish, oil, and nuts against purchases
o Compare sweets incoming and sales data
o Conduct monthly audits of drinks and water
o Ensure sweet POS accuracy through calibration checks
