Team Leadership:
Supervise and motivate a team of 4-5 sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals. Train, coach, and support team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Lead by example in handling customer inquiries and concerns.
Sales and Performance Goals:
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Monitor and report on team performance, sales figures, and customer feedback to management. Implement strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure product availability. Coordinate with management to reorder products as necessary and assist in stock organization.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure the kiosk is always well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Oversee the setup of product displays, promotional materials, and signage to optimize sales and enhance the customer experience.
Operational Efficiency:
Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
Reporting and Documentation:
Complete daily sales reports, track inventory movement, and manage cash reconciliations. Report any issues or concerns to the store manager promptly.
