Perform inspection, testing, and surveillance activities for pressure vessels, piping, steel structures, and valves at fabrication shops and construction sites.
Conduct material inspection, welding inspection, and NDT coordination as per approved ITPs and project specifications.
Review and verify WPS, PQR, WPQ, material test certificates (MTCs), and vendor documentation.
Ensure inspection and testing activities comply with international codes, standards, and project specifications.
Monitor fabrication, erection, repair, and modification works to ensure quality compliance.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and third-party inspection agencies.
Witness and review NDT activities (PT, MT, UT, RT interpretation) and ensure acceptance as per applicable standards.
Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and follow up on corrective actions.
Support QA/QC activities related to painting/coating inspections where applicable.
Ensure all inspection records and quality documents are properly maintained and submitted.
