We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the engineering and consulting services sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Meet set Sales Targets:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to fine-tune the sales approach.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of our services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
