Ali & Sons Holding is a diversified conglomerate established in 1979 and has a strong presence in the automotive, oil & gas, construction, property management, manufacturing, and marine engineering.

Purpose: To ensure that all reporting of data to AVME is conducted within the required timescales and to assist with the communication of specification and pricing information to the Sales Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Update the AVME vehicle reporting system in line with AVME and Ali and Sons requirements.
• Provide specification and pricing information to the Sales Team.
• Update the internal stock board and stock lists, ensuring accuracy of information.
• Administer car checking at port and ensure timely transfer to the vehicle storage facility.
• Complete weekly AVME reports, including accurate customer details for the CSS program.
• Complete support claims and submit to AVME monthly.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Manager/General Manager.
