• Generate trade ideas that drive new business opportunities through research
• Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain considering LME market level and demand at certain period
• Identify new markets for the company to sell material to
• Increase business by communication with existing and potential clients/buyers through phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings on daily basis or at conventions
• Identify potential buyers who can offer beneficial payment and other beneficial terms for the company
• Plan persuasive B2B sales approaches that will convince potential clients/buyers to do business with the company
• Build long-term relationships with potential and existing reliable customers and develop business opportunities
• Responsible for existing contracts fixation/pricing and for placing bids
• Monitor the material demand on country basis every month
• Reporting to head of company (owner) directly
• Systematically monitor LME, define pricing points and actions accordingly
• Responsible for each step in the sales process (sales, documentation, shipment, payment)
• Prepare and lead all aspects of sales contracts to be signed & executed
• Direct responsibility for tracking payment collection process, as well as customers’ claims
• Working closely with the Logistic, Purchase, Accounting teams during the whole process
• Regular meetings and contact with customers at BIR (Bureau of International Recycling) and CMRA (China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Recycling Metal Branch) and BMR (Bureau of Middle East Recycling) International Conference
• Representing the company at international conventions
