Responsible for maintaining the brand presence and merchandising standards for AIB – Beauty Care brands.
Coordinate with Retail Ops team to create different tools to improve the category’s sales performance
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the beauty care category.
Develop action plans to boost sales and optimize product placement based on store performance, customer preferences, and seasonal demands.
Conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff to increase brand knowledge, product understanding, and selling techniques for beauty care products.
Provide on-site support during branch visits to reinforce product knowledge, conduct demonstrations, and promote engagement with customers.
Assist in organizing and implementing in-store events, beauty workshops, and promotions to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Act as the point of contact for beauty care inquiries and feedback from store managers, ensuring customer satisfaction and quick resolution of any issues.
Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, prevent stock outs, and manage product shelf life and expiration in accordance with company policies.
