� Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, target, and secure new clients for catering and event services (corporate, social, weddings, etc.).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects.
  • Participate in networking events, site visits, and community outreach to promote services.
  • Maintain a database of leads and manage key accounts.

� Contracting & Negotiation

  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and close contracts to secure business.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, banquet event orders (BEOs), and ensure accuracy of contracts.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.

� Event Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Assist with menu planning and customization based on client needs and budget.
  • Conduct site inspections and review set-ups, equipment, staffing, and logistics.
  • Monitor events to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

� Financial Management

  • Prepare revenue forecasts and manage catering sales budgets.
  • Maximize revenue through upselling and creative package offerings.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends.

� Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Provide high-quality customer service before, during, and after events.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
