Responsible for coordinating both local and export sales activities with the sales team, including organizing key documents and communicating essential information. Ensure excellent customer service by offering after-sales support to all clients.
- Coordinate sales activities with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring follow-up on schedules and timelines.
- Process Sales Orders (SO), Proforma Invoices (PI), and Customer Order Requests (COR) in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely order handling. Provide dispatch plans to the logistics team in accordance with customer specifications.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth dispatch of the material.
- Follow up with customers on payment status.
- Understand export processes and the documentation requirements for various countries.
- Support the sales team by managing schedules, organizing key documents, and communicating necessary information.
- Provide regular reports to management on daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch activities and plans, utilizing basic spreadsheet skills to track and sort financial and non-financial data, and generate reports.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and provide the required information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather order-related details and ensure timely order closure.
- Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and product samples.
- Communicate any unforeseen delays or issues to clients and update the sales team with relevant customer information.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and countries directly and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of shipping and customs terms, including Bills of Lading (BL), Letters of Credit (LC), Certificates of Origin (COC), and related documentation.
- Monitor and address customer queries regarding export activities and related processes.
- Coordinating with the internal department in case of customer complaints.
