Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales department and other internal teams. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations, including managing schedules and preparing sales presentations.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Communicate with clients to provide information on products, services, and order statuses.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with the procurement department to ensure product availability.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Organize sales meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
- Track and analyze sales data to provide insights for team performance and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
- Full-time position, typically working in an office environment with occasional travel for client meetings or events.
