Roles & Responsibilities
General Description:
- Responsible for Sales, identifying new business opportunities, Business Development, Technical support, building and maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales deals to various industry segments in UAE for assigned Industrial AC / DC UPS Systems & Batteries
- Responsible for driving the technical sales process by providing technical expertise and solutions to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential customers.
- Conduct customer needs analysis and provide technical expertise and solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Obtaining clients approvals on technical documentation as part of customer orders/projects
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.
- Provide post-sales technical support to customers as needed.
- Project Management including review of customer comments and respond with the help of manufacturer project manager assigned for particular projects.
- Thorough knowledge in understanding electrical drawings – Single Line Diagram, General Arrangement Drawings & Wiring Diagrams.
- To identify sales leads, identify new clients, bids for different Principal products.
- SAP Ariba awareness and bid preparation (Commercial & Technical)
- Own the account strategy for the assigned accounts and communicates to Business Unit Manager regularly.
- Visits to client installation sites to understand the technical requirement and support them in executing offered solution.
- Coordinating & executing customer orders for products & services.
- Supervise payment follow-ups by Accounts Receivables Executive
- Handling & resolving customer complaints related to Principal products & any other issues.
- Preparing sales report, sales forecast for Principal's products & contribute to growth.
- Expand current product range and achieve sustainable growth.
